House Call Services
We come to you
We are here if you or a loved one are homebound and can’t find the care you need. Our FNP can come and check all your vitals and prescribe the correct medications based on your health needs. Our house calls are designed for the disabled-homebound or elderly who don’t want to drive or wait for transportation.
Remember that house calls are not for emergencies (call 911 instead). They are basically like a regular office visit.
